This video highlights how to utilize Scout to find answers on Copeland products, troubleshooting, HVACR terminology and more while utilizing Copeland resources over general internet searches. Scout is also self-learning, meaning it learns over time, improving access information based on your preferences, which will then allow you to complete tasks more efficiently and accurately.
